Hi,
Can anyone pls give an example for the following code?
Toturial documents say, false means not transacted. What they meant here?

Can anyone tell this?

//create a session
Session session=connection.createSession(false,Session.AUTO_ACKNOWLEDGE);

Regards,
Sankar. Singh

Sankar,

Not transacted == not participating in transactions. If your session is supposed to do task A, B and C then these tasks will not be managed by a transactions. So task A can succeed without task B or task C.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
