Hi all

I have a question to "best pratice" to EJB3 and RMI.

My EJB3 Appl runs with JBoss. And I write now a Swing Client.

My approach: I use the EJBs as VOs.
Everything works fine. But only, when I declare all dependicies FetchType.EAGER.
But I don't need all information at all time,
so FetchType.LAZY is in most cases the better solution.

Naturally with FetchType.LAZY it can't work.

Now what is a good pratice?
Is it good to use EJBs as VOs?
Is it possible to use EJB both FetchType.EAGER and FetchType.LAZY?
Or schould I use old good VOs?

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
