How does the Java/J2EE Skill Evaluation Lab screen the applicants for a specific job? Currently, how many companies in the industry are using it to screen their applicants?
EPractize Labs products are targeted towards both individuals as well as enterprise customers. Due to data security reasons, EPractize Labs will not furnish any customer information on the web site unless authorized by the customer.
Seems interesting. I was wondering that since this is a "testing" of the user's knowledge and abilities how far does it go to help a user understand reason(s) why he/she are incorrect. If, for example, a somewhat new programmer to Java were to use this would they be given useful feedback or just a mark on how well they do? Thanks.
