I am implementing an email system on my website. I want to know what's the difference between Java Mail API & Spring Mail.

Spring provides some utility classes in order to make it simple to work with JavaMail APIs, So in case that you use Spring mail API you are using some wrapper and helper classes on top of JavaMail API.
