If you have a J2EE server running, than JNDI is all ready present, but I'm guessing you're asking how to configure JNDI for the MDB? That's a little complicated. Keep in mind, programs don't access MDBs directly, they simply can't. Programs send messages to Queues that MDBs "listen" to. Therefore, the only JNDI required to set up an MDB is the JNDI name of the queue. How this is setup, though, is pretty server specific so I'd recommend reviewing documentation for how to setup queues in general on your server. Any documentation for how to setup a queue will include documentation for how to setup JNDI name for that queue.
