Hello All

I want to know about EJB,and how one can implement a helloworld EJB. what are the necessary things,which I need to know.

Please help me I read the basic about the EJB but fails to implement it.

First you need to pick a J2EE server that supports EJBs. There's plenty of them out there to choose from. Afterwards, search for tutorials or sample applications for that specific server. Each implementation tends to have a number of sample EJBs.
