I want to send a message to queue and receive a message from queue by uisng simple java program without using Application server. How to configure the ConnectionFactory. What are the required jar files.

To elaborate a bit on Paul's post, while a JEE server includes a JMS provider, you'll need to run one yourself in this case. The http://faq.javaranch.com/java/JavaEnterpriseEditionFaq points to ActiveMQ and OpenJMS, two open source JMS implementations.
