Hi folks..

i want to start looking for jobs in India. i am in the US currently. I wanted 2 know if companies in India will consider me for recruitment in India by conducting phone interviews. Or shud I have to go to India and only then they will consider me.

I have 2+ years of work experience in java/j2ee and i have done my MCA. however i didnt work for the last 1 yr. will that be a prb?

That could be a problem.But not necessarily.Telephonic interviews do happen across the cities but personal interviews are always conducted.So there you might have to be present.
