I got offer for J2EE/Portal Lead position in "[Company]" Kolkata. I have total 7+ yrs experience out of which 5 yrs in java/j2ee. I am also in consultation with "[Company]" Kolkata for the position of Technoloy Specialist. Which offer will be the offer? And what will be my salary for these positions?

Its pretty obvious which companies you are referring to. They are gonna get filtered out real soon. Can you describe the position a little more. That will attract more replies.

Agreed, please don't do that, it just makes our jobs harder.
