I have never ever appeared for any interviews before.

so, first of all,how to clear apptitude tests?
i also need help regarding how to answer the technical questions? what does the interviewer expects from us?

How to clear the HR interviews?

Every interview is going to be different, even within the same company. some general advice is:

Relax.

Remember you are interviewing THEM as much as they are interviewing you.

Don't try and BS your way through a question. If you don't know the answer, say so. If you're not sure, say "i think it's this, but i'm not positive"

Give a firm handshake, and try to use the interviewers names in the conversation at least once.

After the interview, send a letter (not an email, an actual letter) thanking them for their time. I usually also say something like "I am looking forward to working with you."
