company shift

Hi All,

I have 3.5 yrs of experience in a MNC software company (solutions based). I would like to shift my company to learn different things and for a change.

I am working with JAVA, J2EE technologies. My present pay is 4.8 Lakh per annum in Chennai.

I would like to know how much pay I can expect if I shift the company. I know that the salary is depending on a lot of factors. But just approx value shoud be fine. Also probably you can think of the companies like <NAME>, <NAME> or <NAME>. My preferred location is chennai.
