Convert Project using EJB2.0 and struts to EJB3.0 and JSF  RSS feed

I wanted to find out some simple steps which we need to follow to convert the a j2ee project using EJB2.0 and struts to EJB3.0 and JSF

Migration from EJB2 to EJB3 would be rather easy but AFAIK there is no easy way for Struts to JSF migration.

What kind of EJBs do you have? Session/MDBs are easy to migrate. Entity beans are essentially impossible as the "migration path" is to use JPA.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
