EJB3 entity bean with remoting?

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
Can I create a EJB3 entity bean with JPA and make this entity bean implement a remote interface so the remote client can direct access the entity bean w/o
going through a session bean? I know it it not a good design, but is it possible?
