Hai,
I just started to work eith servlets and when I have given the import javax.servlet.* it's giving that javax.servlet not found in jdk....I have downloaded the jdk..where could be the problem..please don't think that without trying I had put up the question here..please help me...

Servlets are not part of the standard JDK, you need to get an additional API for them. You can get the Servlet API here at the Sun site.
