Hai All,
As i know, Every object will have one monitor associated with it. In that case Concept of Synchronization is striaght forward. But what if the method is Static synchronized. Does a class also possess a monitor?
Eg:
class stat
{
static synchronized void test(){}
}
Any Help would be Greatly Appreciated.

Ashok;
Yes. The monitor is the <code>java.lang.Class</code> object created when the class is loaded.
