Hi blokes

i have one query .this year i manage to get my petition file for H1B .Now my company is sending me UK for 1 year so can i get the stamping done nect year for the same petition???
As if i go for stamping this year i will end up wasting my one year out of 6 years alloted for the H1B visa .........

So i want after returning from UK next year ,I should go for stamping.
but i am unclear on the above issue......

Thanks in advance for giving your responses on the same..............

Take Care ,

Do stamping now, your cycle for six year starts when you enter to USA.

Hi, if you're delaying your H1B visa stamping by an year, you may need to check with the Attorney or the Immigration Dept/Consultant who has processed filing the petition about the delay. You need to decide where you want to be US or UK. We can delay the H1B stamping if we are working in larger organizations, as the reason for delay can be justified. If you're a independent applicant it's better to have the visa stamped.
