Hai,
Can one possibly manipulate any Excel File with Java code.
Does java code support Running/creating macros in excel files.

You can manage Excel files with a JDBC driver. There are lot's of discussions about this in the JDBC forum. ex: http://www.javaranch.com/ubb/Forum3/HTML/000721.html
