Hi Rajasekhar,

Your casee lokks like a L1B is also known as Individual L1 which would have been filed with USCIS. This visa is applicable for those who don't qualify for Blanket L1B Visa.If your petition is still not approved, there would have been two reasons, first one being the USCIS would have requested for RFE (Request for Evidence) in case if they need additional information to review and approve your petition.Incase if your employer would have upgraded your application to a premium process, an additional fee should be paid to USCIS.
You may have to follow up with your HR or the Immigration department or your Manager to know the status of your petition. Remember that if the response (RFE) is not sent on time, then your petition will be returned without any further process which would have implications in future.
Regards
Madhu
