What makes difference between c++ and java ,if pointers are there in java?

Please take note of the naming policy that Frank has pointed out above. As well, please refrain from posting the same question twice (though, admittedly, worded differently). It may take time but folks at the Ranch will ussually provide a response to a question. With this in mind, I'm closing this thread so that folks can respond here.
