Hello Everyone

I have around 7.5 yrs of experience in java/j2ee and having offer from IBM ,birlasoft and ebusinessware. IBM and BS are paying almost same amount but ebusinessware is paying around 2 lac extra.I do not have mcuh idea about e businessware. In birlasoft It is for GE projects and this demand to work in gurgaon .

Also heard IBM's hike are very poor as compared to market .

Kindly advice me where should i join.

Regards.
