advice needed

Hello Everyone

I have around 7.5 yrs of experience in java/j2ee and having offer from
Big MNC (in india around 60k employee) at gurgaon(silokhera) ,
Indian company having around 1500 employess at noida sec-29 and
Small company Wall Street head quartered global outsourcing firm having around 150 employee in gurgaon sector 14 which is paying 2 lac more than other both offer .
I do not have much idea about this small company as i know they are into outsourcing of emplyees.
In Noida beased Indian company It is for GE projects and this demand to work in gurgaon .
Although big MNC at gurgaon seems a better option but a significant difference of 2 lac is there
and i have heard it give very poor hike are as compared to market .

Kindly advice me where should i join.
