Not sure, what the trend will be but the time seems to be a volatile
2 weeks back ,dollar value was decreasing now the rupee value falls

I think no company should make decisions like working Saturdays etc because the times dont seem to be stable

Your thoughts please

Ketan

Correct. Its difficult to predict long term future.Currency value depends on lot of factors such as oil, export, unemployment, agriculture etc.Making Saturday working I believe no company has taken the decision. The typical "wait and see" approach makes sense.

Over the long term , ruppee will definitely strenghthen/appreciate w.r.t the dollar . I wouldn't be surprised if ruppee reaches 30 against the dollar over the next 2 years.
