Which 1 to go for ? In [CompanyB] the division is [Division B], no info about [Company A] division. Pay wise both offers are similar. Pls compare the quality of work and onsite opportunity.

Howdy Jai-Java Jai:

Welcome to JavaRanch.

Your name does not seem to comply with the JavaRanch's naming policy which strictly insists the people to have their firstname and a space and the lastname. Wherein your name contains "Java" which is definitely a name of a programming language and not a programmers.

Can you please adjust your display name accordingly? You can do the same by editing your profile by clicking on this link.

Good luck with your Company A or Company B interview.

[Edited out company names in quote and text. -MH]

Sorry I'm late.

Welcome to the Ranch!

As stated above, please fix your display name and see the NEW POSTING GUIDELINES!

(and for those trying to help, it is better NOT to quote the offending text )
