I have over 6 and a half years of experience in software development, mainly in Java / J2EE, and have worked in product development companies only.
I have an offer from [Removed] as an Advisory Systems Analyst, and would like to know the following.
1. How is the work culture? 2. Will I get to work on newer technologies like Struts, Hibernate, Spring, etc? 3. Will I get the chance to take independent decisions on which Framework or API to use? 4. Are there any on-site opportunities? 5. How soon can I get the opportunity to start working on a project, after joining? 6. Will I get to work on new projects, or are most of the projects maintenance ones? 7. Do they have a cafeteria, and how is the food? 8. Do they provide transport, like [Removed]?
So how does [Removed] compare to let's say [Removed]?

My softwares don't have bugs, they just develop random features.
