Check some good job sites.You can find which technologies and domains are hot , how much would be the pay.
try Naukri , monster etc.

Look at www.monsterindia.com, www.naukri.com. Lot of jobs Java, SAP & .Net. I am not sure about other skills.

There is good demand if you have knowledge in the areas of XML, WebServices, SOA

Agree with KJ Reddy(+1).Even a lot of stuffs related to AJAX UI is being delivered from many Indian software companies.
