Hi,

I am currently having 5 years of experience in J2EE technology. Do anyone know which companies in UK and Australia who offer sponsorship for work permit to directly recruit the IT people in their firm?

Thanks in advance

I am not sure about Australia.

But its very very difficult to get a Visa sponsorship from UK.

There are 2 alternatives.

1. Join an Indian based company which has businesses in the UK and come here through them

2. Apply for HSMP(Highly skilled migrant program) of the UK govt which allows unlimited access to UK job market and you dont even need a job offer to come to UK. You can get more details on This URL

The only way a UK based company could think of sponsoring your visa would be if you are extreemly good at what you do and you can convince the company that you are the only and the best person for that job.

One can demonstrate that only if one can elicit an interview call. How do you get that first of all? Irrespective of the job portal you upload your profile at, the moment your prospective employer comes to know that you are not based in UK and are not permitted to work there, your chances of going further vanish.

Try immigrating to Australia...If you cross 120 points then you are eligible to file your papers and immigrate..
Check out your eligibility here http://www.workpermit.com/australia/point_calculator.htm

For UK try the HSMP route..I am also considering this option..Right now am planning some other things...But If my plan fizzles out then I will try this option...
