How easy is it to develop WebServices in Ruby ?How does it compare it with .NET and Java (with jsr 181 annotations). Thanks

In Ruby, you could use something like soap4r but with Rails you could use its ActionWebService component to create SOAP/WSDL-based web services.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
