Hi,

I have offers from [company A] and [company B]. I am working for last 2yrs.
Pls. help me to evaluate these companies on:
- Pay
- Onsite oppurtunities
- Brand Value
- Growth

Which one I should join?

Probably the moderators will remove the company name from your post and after that the post will have no meaning!

If I were you I will look at the following attributes

-- Pay
-- technologies/frameworks used & opportunity for
you to acquire new skills that are popular(e.g. JSF, Spring,
Hibernate, Web Service, JMS)
-- type of project (e.g. new project, mission critical, enhancements to
existing project etc) I prefer new projects where you get to build
from scratch
-- Their interviewing process (tougher interview proces shows that you
are likely to work with high calibre people and good opportunity to
learn and grow)


It is not an easy decision to make. Good Luck.
