Hello I am using the following variables to setting up the proxy:
-Dhttp.proxyHost=proxy
-Dhttp.proxyPort=port
My question is: There is a way (another system property like the previous one) to specify urls that will be excepted to be accessed by the proxy (like local machines urls)?
Thanks.
Cristian.

Hi Cristian,
I'm afraid there is no way to do that.
Have a look at the HttpClient Component that is included in the Jakarta Commons library.

There certainly is a way to do that. The Networking Properties document (docs/guide/net/properties.html in your JDK) says:
http.nonProxyHosts indicates the hosts which should be connected too directly and not through the proxy server. The value can be a list of hosts, each seperated by a |, and in addition a wildcard character (*) can be used for matching. For example: -Dhttp.nonProxyHosts="*.foo.com|localhost".
