I shd go ahead with which offer ?? Please suggest

Hi all
I am having 2 yrs of IT exp and working with a MNC.

I am totally confused with the offers i have to make a change from my current employer.

The first one is from CMMI level 5 compn [Company A].
Second one is from [Company B] , thy are opening new technology center in INDIA.
Third one is from one more INDIAN software firm ie [Company C].

Now the thing is 2nd one is having a brand but m not sure about there work in INDIA as they are new into indian market.Also thy are paying me less then both the indian Firms.
Please suggest me i shd go with money or brand or which company among these 3 ??? m totally confused ...

Also at this much exp how much offer shd i expect ???

Go with the company that offers you challenging work and job that is likely to expose you to the sought after tachmologies/frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Ajax, JMS, Web Service etc.

I am confused by your confusion. Why do you need to attend interviews with three companies when you got a job with one or at the max two?

It looks to me you are just changing job for the sake of changing it. So hold on, just understand your requirement.

1. Salary Criteria____________
2. Designation with responsibilities____________
3. Size of Company . Big, Midium or Small.

Just fill in the blancks of above three and you will get the answer.

I totally concur with Ankur in "Go with the company that offers you challenging work" that should be the critera guiding your career choices.
And in a grunt/funny mode, I'll add: CMMI 5 is meaningless as indicator of a good company, a company that is now opening a center in India is totally a laggard/late adopter and probably they're migrating to COBOL...

Focus on the work you will be doing and the interesting people you will be working with, and you'll find a good place to work.
(and don't listen to people giving you advice without knowing, like this one )
