Hello
I'm having problems moving my project from jdk 1.3 to jdk 1.4.
when i try to run my project using jdk1.4 it throws a NotSerializableException...the weird thing about it is that when i run the project using jdk1.3 it dosent throw the NotSerializableException...
i tried to rebuild it over and over again, but it didnt work,
anyone knows what can cause it?
here is the stack trace where it throws the exception:

as you can see the problem is in the loginServer Stub, thats the code

and thats the class before the loginserver stub:

thanks

Your project seems to be using serialization. Generally serialized object from one JDK version do not work with a different version. If your app is loading serialized objects that were stored in files or something you may want to re-serialize them under the new JDK. If that is not the case, you may want to start checking through the documentation to determine whether something that was once serializable is no longer.
Hope this helps.

what does it mean re-serialize?
i know a Serializable object is an object which implements Serializable,
do you mean i should recompile those objects?
thanks for your help
