i have redhat linux 9.0
i donot have sound card in my system
i want to install jmf
is it needed sound card compulsory?
i want to see moving images not related to soundcard
does it can happen?

I can't tell if a sound card is necessary or not from what I've read. But I'd think the best way to find out is to try it.
I found this JMF Diagnostics page that can figure out if you've installed everythign correctly or not. And then this page JMF In Action has some samples you can view.
