MNC at S'pore office offer me the job as sales for chemical business. I'm married with 1 baby. They offer me at S$4,000. My job is designed for habdling SEA, Oceania, Midle East and India-sub continent. Is the offering is worth enough to cover my family and our saving ?
At the moment I work for Chemical distributor company at jakarta office (Indonesia) in the same line of business. My basic sal is arround S$1,500 + health insurance + medical allowance + incentive scheme quarterly.
Would any one help me to visualize this ? as I know the living cost at S'pore is very high compare to jakarta.
Rents in Singapore reached the sky recent few years. Now, to get a nice HDB flat with 2 room it will cost around S$ 1500 - S$ 2000 depending on the area. Please note that while occupying the flat you need to pay 2 months rent (1 month as deposit + current month rent).
Recently taxi fares increased 35%. Cost of living in Singapore also slowly incresing, S$ 4000 is not really bad, if you don't have any financial commitments in your home country, this amount should be fine.
