hi guys,

I have 3 yrs work experience (inc 2 yrs java + 1 yr web development), and desperate looking for a new job - as current company has put me into front-end development team, using tcl/tck, which I really really don't enjoy.

I am interested in getting to financial area, and wondering what salary range I shall expect giving my experience. I am going to have a final interview(IT company in a financial industry) next week to meet HR discuss salary. I don't know what I shall expect :-(.. The job is in bank area, london.

Any idea appreciated.
Also, I have great interest in image/video/graphic, not sure many (at the least I can't find) media companies use java ... any suggestions ?

Cheers,
Wen Zhang
