Hi all,
I have 19 months experience in IT Industry. After May-June 2008, I am planning to move to [Company] during August 2008.But the problem is that within these 19 months, I have worked in 2 companies....
1st company was a very small company in which I worked for 11 months.
Next in a relatively known company in which I am currently working... This May 2008, my 1 year will be completed there...So overall I'll have 24 months(2 years) experience In IT in a way to join [Company]...
But I joined my 2nd company as a fresher and in the 1st 3 months,I was given training with other freshers in the company in a place away from my current posting area(like [Company])...I joined my current posting area in the last week of July 2007 after 3 months of training.....
So what should I do??? Whether I should show only my 2nd company experience while applying for [Company] or I can also add my 1st 11 months experience in it???
What should I do if in the interview they will ask me about it???
Is there any risk involved in it???
Well, if I'll show both the experiences then what will be the approx. package offered to me by [Company]??? Any idea??? Currently my package is 2.25 per annum and is expected to be raised at the end of June....
