Hi,
Is there any way to integrate the external JIT compiler with Sun JVM?
Does Sun JVM in server mode use JIT?
Where can we find the details about this?

I have not seen any documentation to indicate that one can.

No, The Sun JVM uses
Hotspot, which is a kind of JIT and optimizing compiler.

In general:
JDK5 Documentation
