means , this is not available in any book store,, i have to buy it from online stores only,,, ( basically I am from pune -India , so can i get that in pune )

Unfortunately it is not available via book stores yet. It is available via online stores like Amazon, Barnes & Noble , Lulu.com etc. Lulu.com may accept cheques but I am not too sure. You can get 70 page free download from http://www.lulu.com/java-success to evaluate the book.
