Hi,

I've been tasked with gathering options for a new UI. Ideally it would be both GUI and browser based. Personally I like SWT/JFace, but it does not have browser capabilities.

If you had this opportunity to create a new UI, which route would you take?

Thanks

Macromedia Flex

Another development team where I work is using it, while I'm stuck with JSF.

Open Lazlo looks very interesting, although this looks to be Web only. Is there anything that will render metadata both GUI and web?

XAML will be coming for Microsoft shortly. Is there anything similar in the Java world.

Thanks for the replies!
