is there any way to schedule a task in such way that the task is executed on the particular day of the month.
Example
If task has been scheduled for 2nd of the month,
then the task has be executed on every 2nd of the month.

Thanks in advance

On which operating system is your software running? If it's Unix, I'd use cron, the standard job scheduler on Unix systems.

If it's Windows, you can make a scheduled task to run your program according to a schedule that you can define yourself. Go to Control Panel, Scheduled Tasks, double-click Add Scheduled Task to create a new scheduled task.
