Could you please tell me in detail what is the compile-time and run-time memory allocation in java?

Maybe someone else will disagree, but I think your question is too lacking in detail. Please ask some more-specific questions, so that we know (a) exactly what it is you want to know, and (b) you've made some effort to research this topic already and aren't just trying to get someone else to do your work.
