HI,
I am kiran.I completed by B.Tech(2005 batch) I have strong command in servlets,jsp and ejb also .
pleaese advice what i have to do.

You need to be a bit more clear. Are you talking in terms of your career prospects and what to learn?

Take the Certification exams on these technologies and go on to develop skills that you think you might lack.

I agree to the certifications suggestion, since it will give you higher chances in getting interviewed (and maybe even getting the job, but not always). Subha, it seems that you faced a problem with the site which caused you to hit the refresh button several times, causing your reply to be posted many times. It would be great if you would delete the extra replies.
