XP time zone mapping with java time zones

I am required to create a text file which contains xp time zones and time zone ids(these ids are form java TimeZone API which are written in text file after the ap time zone and java tmi zones are matched).Now the problem is that some of xp time zones are not there in java API time zone list.SO how to make this shot of file
