"Rick is a heck of a guy - intelligent, dedicated, creative and hard working. He'll be an asset to any team. I only regret we had to let him go for surfing for porn all day long." Anybody else need references?

Sorry, the ranch is the friendly place, but it's also the silly place the afternoon before a holiday.

I find the doc on those weak references rather confusing and haven't had to use them. Several times I've been tempted to build a cache that makes objects available to any number of threads but only as long as somebody is using them. So far the requirement has always gone away before I got to it.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
