A device driver (or any driver), is a set of code, that conforms to an interface, and is loaded into a "framework" of some kind.

Which framework are you referring to that (a) controls home lightning systems, and (b) allows you to write a driver for?

I don't have much idea about it.I would like to write a driver which is that which is in portable. I think XML would be better.

I wanted to access USB port.
