my friend need a career giudance..
He is a Sun Certified Java Programmer..
He has a degree Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology (BICT)
you can see his other qualifications on his blog

what is best suitable job for him,
Java developer/Business analyst? and what should he do/learn for develop his career?
i told him go for the job which offer him best...
please give your opinion...

Make a decision based on what you are good at and where your passion is. You don't won't to go to work and monitor your watch all the time. Good developers need to have business analysis skill any way.
