My applet works fine in the applet viewer, however, Netscape 4.7, IE 5, and HotJava 3 all refuse to load the applet.
Here's the error message from HotJava:javax.swing.Timer:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: javax.swing.Timer
at sunw.hotjava.applet.AppletClassLoader.loadClass(
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClassInternal(
at Space.<init>(
at sunw.hotjava.applet.BasicAppletManager.createApplet(
at sunw.hotjava.applet.BrowserAppletManager.createApplet(
at sunw.hotjava.applet.AppletPanel.runLoader(
at sunw.hotjava.applet.AppletPanel.processEvent(

Because this applet uses a swing timer, I used the HTML converter on the web page, but still no luck.
Any Ideas as to why this might be happening?
I can post the code if neccessary, but I have a feeling someone out there has seen this problem before.

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
