My applet works fine in the applet viewer, however, Netscape 4.7, IE 5, and HotJava 3 all refuse to load the applet.
Here's the error message from HotJava:javax.swing.Timer:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: javax.swing.Timer
at sunw.hotjava.applet.AppletClassLoader.loadClass(AppletClassLoader.java:398)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClassInternal(ClassLoader.java:304)
at Space.<init>(Space.java:11)
at sunw.hotjava.applet.BasicAppletManager.createApplet(BasicAppletManager.java:243)
at sunw.hotjava.applet.BrowserAppletManager.createApplet(BrowserAppletManager.java:109)
at sunw.hotjava.applet.AppletPanel.runLoader(AppletPanel.java:480)
at sunw.hotjava.applet.AppletPanel.processEvent(AppletPanel.java:338)
at sunw.hotjava.applet.AppletPanel.run(AppletPanel.java:323)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:466)

Because this applet uses a swing timer, I used the HTML converter on the web page, but still no luck.
Any Ideas as to why this might be happening?
I can post the code if neccessary, but I have a feeling someone out there has seen this problem before.
Thanks,
Erick
