I want to execute the class file after double clicking on it in explorer. How can I do this . Can any one help me.

All you need to do is open explorer, select the view menu, select the options (or folder options), select the file type tab...
Click on the new type...
Enter the name or description (Java Class File)
Enter the .class under extension
Enter a mime type (e.g., application/x-java)
Click on the new action...
Enter name - Open
Enter the application location (e.g., C:\jdk1.3\bin\javac)
Click ok, ok, ok.
Ready to go.
