how can I make a frame maximum when it's opened

hi kickbirds,
what u can do is

Frame frame = new Frame();
Dimension screenDim = Toolkit.getScreenSize();
frame.setSize(screenDim);

but ,if you have set task bar of win9x always on top and
not set it auto hidden .you will get a usable size that
smaller than the screenSize.
so ,I want to get a maximum effect of the window like on win9x
