HELLO,
I am Arun kumar a java developer. we are developing a
product which involves java2d api. In one of my programs,
i have imported java.awt.geom (belonging to java 2D API)
class to use Point2D in my program . But when i use a browser IE or Nescape, i could not see the output of the program. but, in appletviewer it is o.k.I am getting a -Verifier Error called java.awt.geom.POINT2D not found error. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE SECURITY SETTING IN JDK OR IN THE BROWSER SETTINGS TO VIEW THE OUTPUT ON THE BROWSERS?
Please guide me regarding that , as i am really stuck
up with that.
my email id: arun_33@yahoo.com
looking foward to reply.
thank you,
regards,
Arun kumar

Hi Arun,
whenver we use any JFC(swing/java2d/accessebility..)in an Applet(i.e. JApplet) then to see it properly in a browser we need to download the plugin for jdk1.2.2/jdk1.3 whatever u r using
.The reason being none of the famous browser support JFC/Swing.
so u go to http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/ and download the plugin as well as the html converter.
once downloaded convert your html file using this htmlconverter. and now u open this converted file in your browser.& u'll be able to see every component properly.
hope this helps.
regards
deekaha
