I'm wondering if there is a problem with moving columns of a JTable that contain other components (buttons, checkboxes, etc). My code seems to be throwing null pointer exceptions whenever a column with another component is moved but not when the columns containing only text are moved.
If there is no way to stop the exceptions, then is there a way to prevent a certain column from being repositioned. I know you can set reOrderingAllowed to false for all columns, but I need some to be able to be re-ordered.
Thanks
